James Henry McMillan was born on September 15, 1961 in
Tampa, Florida to the late James McMillan and Sadie Mae Dozier.
He was educated in the Hillsborough County Public School System
and spent six years as an active member of the Army. After
leaving the military he pursued he worked a new occupation as a
landscaper at Southern Mills Creek until it closed. He then
became self employed as a landscaper.
James leaves to cherish his memory, his former wife Cynthia
Autry; two daughters, Victoria McMillan, Shandora Rivers; one
son, James E. McMillan III all of Tampa, FL; five sisters,
Deborah (Pete) McNeal of Cape Coral, Fl., Sarah (Lewis) Carter
of Ft. Walton Beach, Fl., Paulette McMillan (Joseph Spencer),
Kimberly (Oronda) Nobles, and Victoria Robinson all of Tampa,
Fl.; two brothers Alexander Robinson, Bernard (Andrea)
Robinson all of Tampa, Fl; step-mother Elaine McMillan; 10
grandchildren, one great-granddaughter; special friend Deborah
Williams; along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and
friends.
