She's out of pain and gone away 

Melts our hearts, it's a big start.

Too young to go, but Holly just know

We all did love you, you will be missed.

 

Holly is survived by 1-son Robert Gene; 2-sisters Frances & Phyllis, 1-service dog "Littlebit"; 6-brothers Larry J, Larry C, Art, Roland, Shane, and Tom, along with many more family members.
