Michael is survived by his mother Anne Theresa Arren Palmer, sister and brother-in-law Christine and Andy Johnston, and beloved niece & nephew Elizabeth & ‘Buddy’ Johnston, maternal & paternal aunts & uncles and an amazing group of friends who he considered his extended family from his Construction & Architectural career and various events in his life. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Emmett McCullough. Michael graduated from Drexel University and Pennsylvania Institute of Technology enjoying a robust career in various aspects of construction working as a, project manager and consultant in Florida for BCBE, Southern Cross, RE Crawford, BRM Group, Oden Hardy and in Pennsylvania for Axis Construction, Gardner Fox  and Tom Dever, Architect.  Michael will be remembered for his graciousness, intellect, enthusiastic, entertaining, gracious, generous persona and unending ability to make a each person feel like they were the most important in the world.
