FADI ADAM ALBAKRI ()

Fadi Adam Albakri, 32, of Tampa, Florida passed away unexpectedly and surrounded by family on August 7, 2025 after a short battle following a cancer diagnosis. He was born on May 24, 1993 in New York, NY to Dr. Erfan Albakri and Diane Bilquin. 

Fadi is survived by his loving wife, Kailee, his parents, Diane Bilquin of Asheville, NC and Erfan Albakri.  (Rachel) of Tampa, FL, his siblings, Layla and Oliver Albakri, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a large extended family. 

His family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and hospital staff at Tampa General Hospital for their support and assistance over the last month. Fadi was a very loving husband, son, and brother, and he will be missed dearly by many. 

Services will be held on Sunday, August 10. The service will be held at the Islamic Society of Tampa Bay (ISTABA) on Sligh Ave in Tampa at 12:30pm with burial to follow at Sunset Memory Gardens on 301 in Thonotosassa at 3pm.
