Lance Thompson, 74, of Tampa, born on October 31, 1948, in English, West Virginia, entered into eternal rest on March 5, 2023.   He is survived by daughter, Gina Orellano (Leo) and two grandchildren;  and sisters, Sandra Miller and Margaret Litchfield; and brother Joel Thompson and his dog, Buster.   He was preceded in death by parents, Grover and Wanda Thompson; and siblings, Leslie Thompson and Treva Clifton.
